CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION is a resource to promote, increase awareness of and facilitate the raising of funds and other amenities for the less privilege, community groups and their charitable activities. chrisalfredfoundation.com also allows the public to find, donate to, and raise funds for, any of the charities or community groups that are registered with CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION.
The services provided on CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION include validation of charities wishing to register on CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION, dealing with donations, managing the collection of Gift Aid from DONORS.
Section 2 - Donations Processing
You acknowledge and agree that CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION will process all donations, including where applicable Gift Aid, made to CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION in accordance with these General Terms & Conditions.
CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION may refuse to process any transactions made to chrisalfredfoundation.com if it is not reasonably satisfied that:
such transactions are lawful and not related to fraudulent activities
such transactions have been properly authorized by the relevant persons
the information provided to us in respect of such transaction is true and correct.
CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these General Terms and Conditions that is caused by any act or event beyond CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION's reasonable control. If such an act or event takes place that affects the performance of CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION's obligations under these General Terms and Conditions CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION's obligations under these General Terms and Conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of CHRIS ALFRED FOUNDATION's obligations will be extended for the duration of the relevant act of event.
